Question: I am the holder of a winning ticket. What shall I do?

Answer: To collect your prize, call in person on the Secretary at Level 6, Mutual Aid Building, 5 Guy Rozemont Square, Port Louis from Monday to Friday between 9.30 hrs and 12.00 hrs and between 13.00 hrs and 15.00 hrs. You should bring with you your winning ticket in good condition and your National Identity Card or any identification document.

Question: How am I to be paid?

Answer: You will be paid by crossed cheque - a/c Payee only.

Question: Is my cash prize subject to tax?

Answer: Your cash prize is free of tax.

Question: Is there a time limit to claim a prize?

Answer: There is a delay of nine months to claim a prize. Tickets not presented for payment within the delay of nine months starting from the date of draw become invalid.

Question: I have still a few tickets for passed draws, where can I get the results of the draws?

Answer: Results of the nine previous draws are available on our website (http://lottery.gov.mu).

Question: Can I attend a draw?

Answer: You are welcome. Lottery draws are effected in public at Government Lotteries Drawing Office, Level 3, Mutual Aid Building, 5 Guy Rozemont Square, Port Louis, Republic of Mauritius.
