Payment is effected solely to the holder of the winning ticket.
Winning tickets in good conditions must be presented to the Secretary for payment at Level 6, Mutual Aid Building, 5 Guy Rozemont Square, Port Louis.
Tickets not presented for payment within the delay of nine months, starting from the date of draw are cancelled.

Holders of winning tickets are invited to call on the Secretary, Level 6, Mutual Aid Building, 5 Guy Rozemont Square, Port Louis on working days between 9.30 hrs and 12.00 hrs and between 13.00 hrs and 15.00 hrs.

It is recommended that the winner at the time of claiming his prize produces along with the winning ticket his National Identity Card or any identification documents to facilitate payment.
